Measuring sizes

You can find the right size by taking the following measurements.

This takes around 5-10 minutes of your time. You are best off having the measurements taken
by someone else.

A: Collar
The collar can be measured by putting the measuring tape around your neck.
This can be done at the place where the collar rests. It is important that you
leave some space (around 1 cm) soo that the shirt is not too tight
at the neck.

B: Chest circumference
Measure the circumference of your chest at the widest point; this is at the level of
your armpits. Remember not to measure too tightly.

C: Arm length
You can measure the arm length by holding your arm next to your body.
Run the measuring tape from the shoulder to the wrist, at the place where
the base of the thumb begins.

D: Waist
The waist can be measured by putting the measuring tape
around the most narrow part of your torso. Just as for the other points, it is important here that
you do not measure too tightly, but leave a small amount of space.

Note
- Another way to measure your size is to use a
shirt that you know fits well. That way you can go through
the steps without assistance and use the measurements from your shirt that fits well.
